CNC Router The self built router used in the workshop has a working envelope of 1200 x 1200 x 200 and is capable of 2.5 and 3 axis work. Utilising predominantly open source software it is used to cut complex profiles to shape Small scale digital manufacturing is seen as a way of reducing CO2 emissions by enabling the production of a greater variety of goods for local markets.
