Re-Form furniture has been designed to be produced using simple technologies and sustainable materials that hopefully have a minimal effect on the environment. The range is still developing as research into environmental materials and technologies continues.

Waste plastic is a major contributor to the pollution of our planet, but it can be turned into a remarkable strong, stylish and durable sheet material that gives this range of furniture a unique character. The Furniture has been designed to raise environmental awareness and to be versatile, durable, and fun. Timber is sourced from local saw mills and the plastic components are made from recycled post consumer and industrial waste manufactured into sheets by Smile Plastic. 

Minimum glue is used in the construction and where ever possible they are held together with fixings that allow easy disassembly for repair or recycling. They are finished using natural oils. In addition the steam bending process used in some of the chairs is a remarkably efficient method of both forming and drying the timber without the use of kilns.

These products are made to order in Cornwall. Prices do not include delivery and orders may take four to five weeks to complete.

Bespoke Furniture. These pieces have all been individually produced to suit a specific need or situation. They are made from the finest materials and designed in close collaboration with the client. This process usually involves the production of sketches, renderings, scale models and even full size mock-ups, and when everybody is happy with the design the piece will be made.
